  • If you want a place to let your kids run around, out of the weather, this place is perfect. The staff are amazing (there's a lot of them too) and all spoke English. There's a big climbing area for the...  more »
  • Fun and very kid friendly place (not really a museum). Large climbing-tower-cave thing for 5 year olds. Young children must have an adult with, but our girls on 3 and 5 did the fine alone together. Nice little Cafe with assorted drinks. However, not a good place to eat. A few minutes ' walk there from is there a lot of restaurant, e.g. on Kolwitz platz.

  • I have been to this kindermuseum with my children of 2 and 4 years and have been delighted by this choice! More than a Museum is an interactive game for children from 0 to 6 age group, such as years, although I admit that I had a blast! It is a space in the former Church and is spread over two floors, the ground floor there are many spaces dedicated to the birth and care of the child in different cultures, there is a magic room of mirrors, a real typography (but can only be used during the workshops), a wooden Dollhouse. It's all usable and immediate and children will quickly feel at ease, I recommend you take the anti-slip socks. The second floor, which is accessed by a huge wooden staircase, it's all in wood with various spaces to do chores (without knowing the German 4-year old daughter and I took some Cupcakes with silicone molds) and a huge maze vertically ... wonderful! There is a Mongolian tent (yurta) where you can go in and do a thousand games. There is a bar where they serve delicious snacks at sight, a space with booklets (of course in German) and lots of pillows. My family and I spent a wonderful afternoon and it was good to bring to life a play area for children so different and smart. Admission is 5 euros and 3 euros type payment adults on children, for me money great.
