  • If you're in the area and it's bad weather, this is a fun museum with some nice pieces to enjoy but the vast majority is in the middle bracket of the art and is worth a detour.

  • I find even the architecture of the building already interesting, with indoor and outdoor spaces. The exhibits are not much, but this is also good! But not so interesting, I found the special exhibition

  • The sculptures of George Kolbe refer us to the exploration of our own body, not only for its scale (slightly larger than the human body) but also by the sensitivity that exalt, that is, the emotional closeness they cause between the body of the spectator and the sculptor's hands and soul. The contact with nature makes this meeting even more emotional, because the works who are abroad are scattered in the visitor feel like provoking move throughout the space, using banks, fountains and other devices available for contemplation. This space between the George Kolbe House and Cafe K can take a deep breath and find harmony of the Green suburbs of Berlin. The House is a luminous space of high ceilings where the sculptures are distributed in this intention of course is main mote in this space.
