  • I have here the exhibition Palace. City. Visited Berlin. It is the development of Berlin and its castle of the 17th century. For until the end of the 18th century and is very descriptive. It is interesting for tourists and locals alike. The level of information is clearly laid out and designed visitor-friendly, so that one feels the content neither killed, nor unchallenged. Use items from the era and parts of the old Castle, as well as models of the town and the Castle give a spatial impression of the development. As someone who hobby dealing for some time with the history of the Berlin City, I would have liked more and more precise historical versions of the monuments of course, that shape until today the city image. I would have gladly reflects also the historical change of the city against another individual structures (such as St. Peter's Church), modified road gradients (E.g. Spittelmarkt) and a longer period section. This would have been possible but probably only in the context of a different and much larger exhibition. I like to return but to other exhibitions. I would hope something to the developments in the Gründerzeit in the connection. Way to go!

  • The exhibition Berlin Castle city is managed, very interesting, and equipped with a new heaven, that is very practical. Unfortunately, there were fewer visitors as supervisors in the House. It simply lacks the appropriate publicity-make more ads! A must-have in the Nicolai quarter. The many women in the House were very attentive and helpful.

  • A must for all those who are interested in the development of the city of Berlin. Even if it seems to be a small house from the surface; with the help of digital media and skillful presentation (presentation of the coronation Hall with mirrors), there is a very overview of urban development. Impressive the various models of the city.

  • One of the most historical & beautiful museums in Berlin i had ever been to!!! Love their exhibitions!!! Very nice & friendly staff :) & this is where i met #jasonrepantis ❤️
  • A beautiful architecture and something very unique in Berlin. Recommendation
  • Keep an eye on this place. It has regular interesting exhibitions though the staff seem intent on making sure that you can't take photos. Reasonably priced as well.
  • Expensive and boring. Like a place that time has forgotten. The one positive. The staircase is beautiful.
  • The Marker "Ephraim Palais", unfortunately is on the wrong house. It's the big corner house right at Mühlendamm, which is the true Ephraim Palais. I tried to move the marker, but it didn't work. The current marker at the corner house "Berliner Stadtmuseum" is partly wrong too. Partly, because "Berliner Stadtmuseum" is the owner of the Ephraim Palais. Still, the corner house is the Ephraim Palais and not the "Berliner Stadtmuseum".
