  • We visited c/o as part of our 10 day stay in Berlin as I have been very interested in photography for many years (I still mainly shoot film). This is one of the best galleries I have ever been to, wit...  more »
  • Great place to visit if you're interested in photography. There are two large size exhibition galleries, one upstairs and one downstairs, and exhibitions are of a high standard. The shop is very good ...  more »
  • In the various visits to this city I hadn't seen this exhibit space Zoo behind the station, near the University ... before we left we read an article in a magazine of fitografia who said these days there was the exhibition of William Klein ... There was also the view of Harf Zimmermann, who I didn't know, but I liked her photos! ... the exhibition space is well distributed and there is also a nice quiet Café next door. nice photo exhibition. Temporary exhibitions are therefore recommend that you check first which photographer is exposed.

  • This is a great place to visit for people who are into photography. There are always beautiful exhibitions and if you are interested, you could also go when they have a tour. It's open daily, so that is also a big advantage.
  • As a photography student, this visit was very emotional for me. To actually see up close originals from photographers I have studied about and admired for years now- was really exciting and touching. Especially Diane Arbus and Larry Clark. The exhibition at the second floor was really cool as well- record covers! From the Beatles to Led Zeppelin, Jimmy Hendrix, Bob Marley, Nirvana and Red Hot Chili Peppers, there was a short explanation about the creators of the most famous record covers in the world, that was both very interesting, and long over due. Kudos!
  • Pro tip: DON'T PAY FOR THE EXHIBITION (10 EUR!). Take the exhibition book from the bookstore and read it on the comfy bean bags. If you're lucky you might also find some interesting reads about ass play.
  • Great experience in this contemporary museum. I saw some photo exhibitions and thanks to C/O I have discovered some important names of the 19th century photography's overview.
  • Nice exhibition with good selections of photos. Only thing I bothered was staff in cafeteria. Even though there were few people to serve, very unkind to customers and I felt bad. They need to learn customer service again.

Where to stay in Berlin

The Kreuzberg neighborhood near the Oberbaumbrüke bridge is central and full of Berlin icons: street art, a piece of the Berlin Wall, the East Side Gallery, and a proliferation of cafes. Friedrichshain is another option with a hip vibe due to the students who congregate at its cafes and galleries. Consider Mitte as a historic home base. Mitte is the area where almost all of Berlin's well-known buildings are located, and it is within walking distance of Alexanderplatz. For a peaceful residential area, try Charlottenburg-Wilmersdorf where the streets are lined with boutiques and quiet coffee shops.
