  • Beautiful expo on TANGUY and Ernest Marx. Ticket valid for this Museum and the face-to-face Berggruen is €12. The € 69 in front of the exit do not miss the copies of ancient sculptures

  • I have the exhibition "the paper revolution" visited because it has to do with my bachelor thesis. Apparently there is no discount for students over 30, but that is nowhere in the entrance area. So then I had to pay the full price. After I had already paid and was asked whether a brochure or a flyer of the exhibition told me that they have nothing left. Also in the exhibition rooms that contained very few exhibits, there was no information about the posters and graphics! The posters were all in Russian, so who can no Russian is also lost. There was even no help here... except at the moment where I pulled my phone out of your pocket. Since an employee to me came promptly to inform that I have to pay 2 euros if I had it in the sense to photograph. Exhibition and personal rather disappointing.

  • We saw the exhibition on the history of the kiss from the antiquity to the AIDS age. Very well arranged.

  • We enjoyed the normal exhibition - but the Kuss - Kiss part was incredible! Fascinating, varied - different artists and types of art! It was great!
  • This museum is the result of a collector Karl Brohan donating his collection of Art Deco and Art Nouveau to Berlin. It is a small museum, given the focus but contains a good deal of furniture, metalwork, and art works. In particular the glass works produced under these movements is probably the best part of the collection. The Kunstgewerbemsueum at Kulturforum in Berlin also covers these periods in part so if interested that museum may also have a section woth seeing. It is closed on Mondays.
  • Fantastic little museum over the street from Charlottenburg Palace, filled with Art Nouveu and Deco delights
  • I was desapointed from ny visit. The museum 3 days pass let you only visit a small portion of the museum. I was done in less than 20 minutes. I wanted to see more !!!
  • Great collection of art nouveau furniture and items!

Where to stay in Berlin

The Kreuzberg neighborhood near the Oberbaumbrüke bridge is central and full of Berlin icons: street art, a piece of the Berlin Wall, the East Side Gallery, and a proliferation of cafes. Friedrichshain is another option with a hip vibe due to the students who congregate at its cafes and galleries. Consider Mitte as a historic home base. Mitte is the area where almost all of Berlin's well-known buildings are located, and it is within walking distance of Alexanderplatz. For a peaceful residential area, try Charlottenburg-Wilmersdorf where the streets are lined with boutiques and quiet coffee shops.
