  • You have made a lot of effort with the greenhouses that are absolutely recommendable. Extensively refurbished. The regular perennials markets are also very cool. But also other events such as in the autumn or the Christmas garden are well managed (even if it easily on the New York model can get). Prices are slightly high. But unfortunately, the area has suffered in recent years felt, so many flower beds outside felt are small.

  • I advise you to go to all! Especially during the warmer seasons. Minimum entrance fee, and impressions. Museum with a bunch of climatic zones-something! It is relevant even in winter.

  • The greenhouses of the botanical garden are ideal for a day out on cold, rainy days. Especially for young children, there is much to discover and right early in the morning is not too full so plenty of room. If the weather is a bit better, we explore the rest of the Park, so far we have seen only the Alpine part of (very nice).

  • Favorite place for an indoor tropical vacation. The conservatories and greenhouses are fun for adults, families, young students and art students alike. I’d give it 5 stars except for construction. The Christmas lights start In 2 days and would be worth the visit too. There is a chili & schocolade exhibit we really enjoyed in the garden and museum.
  • Nice botanical garden. Went there for the christmas period with the company. Fun but really short. If it wasn't company sponsored, I would not go there for 17€ during the week. Not worth it. Apart from the Christmas period, it must be a fantastic botanical garden with nice indoor.
  • The Christmas garden event lasts til 7th of January. If you want to see nice illumination inside of the botanical garden it's the right spot in Berlin to get the last Christmas and peace feeling in the new year :) it takes 45 minutes to walk through with some short stops and 1 hour if you stay longer for a hot wine un the middle or take more pictures ;)
  • I visited at night in December specifically for the Christmas Garden. It was quite beautiful. There was also food, coffee and gluwein available and an ice skating rink.
  • Absolutely stunning and worth the effort to explore for a day trip. We went in October and it was still beautiful. Bring food and perhaps picnicking material.
