Where to stay in Berlin

The Kreuzberg neighborhood near the Oberbaumbrüke bridge is central and full of Berlin icons: street art, a piece of the Berlin Wall, the East Side Gallery, and a proliferation of cafes. Friedrichshain is another option with a hip vibe due to the students who congregate at its cafes and galleries. Consider Mitte as a historic home base. Mitte is the area where almost all of Berlin's well-known buildings are located, and it is within walking distance of Alexanderplatz. For a peaceful residential area, try Charlottenburg-Wilmersdorf where the streets are lined with boutiques and quiet coffee shops.

  • This is a cozy place where you can see a lot of motorcycles from Germany's history. They are in mint condition and are very cool exposed!  more »

  • Nice displays and well preserved motorcycles but its quite small for what it costs to enter.
  • A must place for any motorbiker. Crude but wellmade museum where the bikes are in mainrole.
  • VERY GOOD! All the motorbikes, scooters and mopeds are in extreme fine condition. If You are interested in two wheelers - and specially if You are interested in East-european two wheelers and/or two stroke machines - this museum is a MUST SEE. Park Your car or bike nearby (or go there by train). If Your family isnt interested, park them in one of the nice cafees next to the museum for an hour or so - and enjoy the experience!
  • Many well kept motorcycles from DDR.
  • The best in Europe
