  • Bad-Vimpfen (Bad Wimpfen) is the oldest city of Germany, founded by the Romans more than 1900 years ago. First, the city was under a mountain of the river Neckar, and in the middle ages, people living on the high bank that was more secure. Rooms were heated with fireplaces, was private toilet with toilet paper — sheets of cabbage. And not Imperial Palace obogrevalsja, window apertures zaveshivalis' oiled canvases for the winter. Bad Vimpfen was the capital of the German Empire for decades. At the time, built the Blue Tower and half-timbered houses, preserved to our time.
