  • Finally a Zoo, where not sorry for the animals one. The enclosures are large and very versatile. All bears and wolves, which I've seen in other plants, behaved unnaturally and disturbed. Here, this is not so at all. You could bear puppies play with each other, fighting and climbing see and the adult bears, as set out in the Sun or rub trees. You can see the animals in their natural behaviour and they are well maintained and supplied. The park system offers a beautiful tour, from where you can look in the enclosure, and for children of in addition all kinds of activities. Really nice! Can recommend it not only for families with children, but for all those who are interested in animals in their natural occurrence :-)

  • Beautifully landscaped enclosures, where the bears also place to the pull back will find. Very friendly staff and prices are also perfectly okay. Worth a visit in any case! We come back.

  • On the mountain of the Middle Black Forest, the Kniebis near Freudenstadt, a Creek called Wolf rises. A few kilometres downstream of the seaside resort located bad Rippoldsau-Schapbach. There's an alternative Wolf.- and bear Park, in animals, such as bears and wolves, which have found a natural home for a life in captivity and narrow cages. Beautiful routes provide here and there the possibilities to observe wolves or bears in the almost wild in the Park. By the way, marvellous views to the Valley invite beyond or on the mountains round about to linger. Almost most of the farms in the Valley and countless private pensions, but also quite a few hotels offer accommodation at very social prices and ensure the physical well-being of restaurants in the Valley. Every guest who takes quarters here in the Valley, receives a so-called cone guest card, with which you can free use public transport almost in the entire Black Forest here. Since then but also a visit to the bear Park is almost a must.

  • Very nice Park. You Can see bears and wolves in a large Park. Also intresting the Bee section.
  • Nice walk around the sanctuary, the view around is so breathtaking, love that they help the bears and wolves
  • A very nice park, saw some beers too.
  • This is not only a fun experience, but also supporting a great cause. Highly recommended if you're visiting the Black Forest
  • Great park. Staff has done a great job giving bears a somewhat natural environment where visitors can also see them. The bears have been rescued in some way. They are adding a viewing overlook for 2015 that should make the wolves more visible.
