Bad Pyrmont Kurpark, Bad Pyrmont
(4.2/5 based on 85+ reviews on the web)
Nestled in the heart of the city, Bad Pyrmont Kurpark offers one of the region's most varied and expansive gardens. Explore the spa park's lush landscape, complete with more than 400 different species of sub-tropical plants and colorful flowers. Marvel at the sizeable thickets of palm trees ringing the walkways, some as high as 11 m (36 ft). Wander the paved paths through the different areas of the park, including one specializing in English landscapes and another in palm varieties. Several pond-side benches make for easy stopping points throughout. Baroque structures and ornate cupolas dot the park--holdovers from the area's historical heritage. Check the website for information regarding special events, the facilities within, and the spa itself. Put Bad Pyrmont Kurpark into our Bad Pyrmont vacation trip planner and find out what's close by, where to stay, and where to head next.

  • Who was and saw not the Kurpark in Bad Pyrmont missed something very nice. Especially from the spring until October, the Palm trees are an absolute must. In Northern Europe the single Palm trees of their kind.

  • Very nice and well maintained park in the Centre of Bad Pyrmont; free parking nearby available; free entry with Spa map; good infrastructure with clean paths, landscaped green areas, many wells and fountains and small lakes; multiple inputs; in the Centre of small tea house with large selection of teas for the rest in between. various seating and sunbathing, scattered throughout the entire Park; This includes a Studio with contemporary art; Highlight of the Park: the wonderful Palm Garden; Bottom line: One of the most beautiful parks, which we've seen
