  • What a view!! Worth the narrow road/drive. Walls are well preserved-no roof left after 900 years. Walk the grinds or take a scenic hike!! Fun place to visit and a restaurant too.  more »
  • It takes you about 3,5 km from the market place to reach the superb ruines of Limburg. 150m higher than Bad Dürkheim, but you get superb views along the road. In the courtyard concerts are organized i...  more »
  • The Klosterruine was definitely worth seeing while we were in the area although I don't know that it would be worth going out of your way for. Like most of the ruins in the area, there was a little re...  more »

  • Beautiful ruins with great views on two sides. It's free when there are no events and has a nice cafe/resaurant on the premises.
  • Beautiful kloster ruins. Perfect place to begin a day trip to the Dad Durkheim area.
  • The ambiance is nice and the food is tasty. The service was very friendly but staff at the self service is somewhat rude under stress.

  • The toilet er Limburg is a destination with stunning effect. Although mostly only there the walls stand, but on the basis of this one can imagine how big this monastery has been. Monastery ruin of my opinion after is however only moderately suitable for children. Gastronomy local ensures the physical well-being.

  • Beautiful view in the monastery on bad Dürkheim and the Rhine Valley and on the other side of the castle of Hardenberg and the Pfälzer Wald. If you go on the Tower, the € 1 pP costs, key gets you at the kiosk or in the restaurant, the Outlook is even more impressive. When true metres weather flove you even Heidelberg and Manheim recognize on the horizon. It's worth sich👍 the history of the monastery is very impressive, especially when you consider that Konrad II should have used the Division down personally and then a few hours later in Speyer, law should have the Division stitch for the Cathedral.
