  • This what's absolutely lovely tour. However: You should speak German, or make arrangements beforehand to ensure that you either have a private tour or have a German speaker around. There is a LOT of information and it's all conveyed verbally, and given the level of detail with which it's explained you ought not to assume that you'll get by with a working grasp of English. However, if you do not speak English, there's a lot to see in a sparkling brewery facility, a gift shop to visit beforehand, and the chance to try some beer afterwards. Our guide of so had a number of flags on his lapel pin indicating languages he spoke, so don't let it DIS lovely you! ... That was a really nice tour times. The brewery is small but really fine - you may believe are in fact produced, so tidy that has everything. You get a little background knowledge of the location right at the beginning and the history gives and it directly is not only great to see an overview of the raw material - but also gives a sense of what makes this brewery and as they defined themselves. The technical explanations of the brewery process were fantastic - catchy for laymen like me but also very detailed, and by the water catchment to bottle recycling each step shows a brewery. Thanks again to our squad leader Mr. de Polzer, who despite a large group was always open to questions and downright gastgeberhaft invited us to take the lead for a tasting. You can also unreservedly recommend the place and the Braustüberl. In short: Here no überkandidelte marketing is a story, there is no tourist-oriented mass operation here, and here considers it no need to impress with some striking creations. You get an insight into a locally rooted brewery of Bavarian tradition and a sense of here, why such breweries have such significance for Bavaria and cause such a pride. A reservation for my recommendation: Children not I would go here. Nothing on the guide is inherently unfriendly to children - leadership is best but then two hours interested can listen to, and is then more difficult for children.

  • Nice to here on tour. Must be a bit of good to be able to understand German. You come by all components of the Privat brewery, bottling plant brouwhuis, and lower and yeast cellar. And see everything up close. Royale beer tasting at the end of the tour. Beautiful shop on the end. After that you can still catch up where a beautiful beer garden is the village of Aying. And of course you can continue drinking all Ayinger beer specialties. Also on d'r menu affordable dishes. Sound control. You're in the neighborhood, a real must!
