  • The settlement itself is worth a visit, but I would pay no €4 entrance. Before 10 o'clock in the morning and in the evening from 18: 00 the box office has closed, and you can wander free through the rows of houses.

  • We have chosen the Fuggerei, because it is centrally located and has a lot of history. Price: €4, offers a World War 2 in the bunker Museum, a museum dedicated to the Fugger and a show apartment. Was interesting to see, have spent there about 90 minutes.

  • The Fuggerei offers an incomparable opportunity before, during, and after the two world wars to imagine the city visitors to Augsburg as the oldest social institution and how exactly the life back then and today still here by providing goes. No monument can reflect how this set up so well the story of Fugger (which again can be found in many corners of the city) as well as the traditions thus incurred in Augsburg. So citizen of Augsburg that the entry is so high it is though something bad but for every visitor is worth the price.
