  • We were with our dog and it was fortunately very calm and relaxed on the grounds. The flowers not so nice, but the park with its charm in the foreground are out of season. Good Footwear is advisable when wet. We are always happy there. The only downside is the price out of season.

  • It starts with the wrong name on the signs on the road, on which a Castle Park is announced. Thus, the institution but has to do nothing. We (an elderly couple and not quite so well on foot) have decided spontaneously to visit. At the entrance the entrance fee of €10 shocked us somewhat, above all, because in the whole entryway including cash, no price was specified. After entering the "Park", we very quickly realized that a will is not so easy. There is no guide to the individual stations and the plan in the leaflet issued at the checkout is not particularly attention to detail. So, is it often misled and enters paths that are more feral, as the remaining routes depend on them but sometimes thorn branches over the way you will pass barely unharmed because. The bridges and footbridges are the hammer but! Perfect without railing or at least a handrail and very "soft". It is also to recognize that very little emphasis is placed on repairs, what to expect at the high price of admission. The question of whether any safety regulations have been observed is going to get. I regret to say all in all that the inadequacies in the background have pushed the in part very beautiful views.

  • I visited the Park on the 05.Mai (holiday). At the same time were the so-called garden days, the number of visitors was great. What you however get to see for the stately entrance fee, is borderline: A really interesting landscaped, but untidy landscape park around a small castle. Obviously one is attempting to expand the Park (on a former dump?), what so far stylistically I think but not quite succeeded. Maybe you must come back in 20-30 years! The garden day held on the day of the visit turned out to be typical arts and crafts market, as it is held in many places (without correspondingly high entrance). Overall all very commercial. According to the entry level I felt something to rip you off. Since the only attraction is the rhododendron flower, worth a visit likely only at Bloom time.
