  • We visited the exhibition as a group and had a very informative guide that has brought one of the history of the Museum and of the exhibited cars very close. The time just flew by in the flight and there was no boredom, especially as you get to see cars, of which they had never before heard. Also with us was not heated and the Café closed, however we were forewarned and thus have not expected this. Who places value should call ahead so inquire how the current situation is. The model railway worked and was commissioned specially for us.

  • A first and foremost: the Museum is super, super, super - I was there many times and will go again. Aaaaber: Yesterday's visit (between Christmas and new year's day, where one has time and actually that's why visitors should be expected) was already a median nerve: the temperature in the Museum was apparent from a hanging there workshop thermometer + 9 [° C] - and just so cold it felt also. Inquiries yielded anything - here but obviously it was not a heating fault, but a concept of energy saving. The model railway system was broken - and obviously also this not out of nowhere came the repair seems to take longer. And the Cafe advertised on the homepage "Isabella" ("Bavarian snacks, soft drinks, coffee and cake") had closed. The Museum was also similarly empty - we were at times completely alone. Is on the homepage of this ("Attention, dress warmly, because cold" - "warning: model train long-broken" "- warning: our café is closed") not breathe a Word to read, and the full ticket price is also scored. For someone who's going this way (knowingly?) uninformed 110 [km] with a guest from United States, something is very, very annoying. So: Call on all cases ahead of a visit there and under name query of the interlocutor clearly and unmistakably insure themselves, that is heated and that everything will be advertised on the Internet also works and has open.

  • Almost everything that was produced on German manufacturer name and model in the last 100 years, will be here to see and admire. Certainly unique in Germany. And then still good restaurants in the village. Just one or two trips worth.
