  • Yesterday we were on the Rabenstein Castle, to experience the horror dinner "Jack The Ripper". We had previously asked to whether the hotel is disabled and it was that this wasn't true, there would be no problems for people who can walk with a crutch, but assured us. Unfortunately, the entrance to the Castle because of snow smoothness was locked, so that my gebehinderte wife is about 120 meters the relatively steep snow-covered entrance to the Castle down had to torture! The way back was even worse because it had snowed during this time again! The play was a fun and professional thing! Lighting and music were perfect and atmospheric. Unfortunately, the 4-course menu was a big disappointment. If a 4-course menu is offered at an event, which costs 79 euro, you go Yes but with certain expectations. First course: A salad with a slice of salmon and uninteresting dressing. Second course: A boring potato soup. Third gear: A little too well-done fillet of pork with potato noodles. Fourth gear: Bavarian cream. Conclusion: The food was not bad, but elegantly expressed "boring homely". You can eat more interesting in many guest houses with us in the area. Restaurant quality does not have this food.

  • A cosy small castle hotel, which is unfortunately difficult to find in the whole hubbub. The rooms are perfect, the restaurant worthy of improvement. Very friendly service. The short tour of Castle in the price is included with lodging.

  • An interesting historical trip into the past. The tour guide did a great job of explaining how the modern hotel used to be and how life in the middle ages was.
  • I was there for a middle age market. We spent 7.50 euro each for the entrance but there was nothing interesting to see
  • Nice tour
  • A super informative hunting bird's eye, slightly more expensive than normal, but justified. You can learn a lot about how the birds are being trained.

  • Tour of the Castle, which is also a hotel with personalized rooms, historical halls with such chivalrous atmosphere, suitable for families and big companies, weddings or Christmas celebration. Near arranged forest trail to Sofienhöhle, the cave where the excursions and mul'timediashou. Next, you can dine in the Open Café, located immediately Falknerei, Park with birds of prey, falcons, eagles, hawks ... with the daily show in 15:00, as well as Celtic village, where frequent costumed performances of Knights.
