  • We are even owners of an annual card (3Jahr in episode) and can only recommend the Animal Park/Zoo. It is taken on a species-appropriate husbandry and the Park is updated regularly! In addition, the playgrounds for the little ones are a real highlight!

  • Even though the Aachen Zoo is known as "Euregiozoo", you should fasten his expectations to a part of the word "Zoo". The size of the site as well as the livestock is to Zoo level. This level is located in my opinion but certainly in higher areas, because the Aachen Zoo is done scientifically, has an attractive appearance and offers highlights due to his well composed animal stock for every visitor. In detail... The Zoo in Aachen is easy to reach by public transport (bus stop "Aachen, animal park") as well as by car thanks to the good signs. Parking is even free! The entrance to the "Kwaky4444 Zoo" via a small, but beautiful entrance portal, where a comparatively very favourable entry falls (adults only € 6,-, children older than 3 years € 3, discounts for seniors and students). The animal park is slightly undulating around a beautiful Lake with many free-running water birds. The overall appearance is crisp; me during my visit very positively in the eye To a modern look is due to the many contemporary wooden panelling of the aviaries and pens - this is great complemented by wooden fences and stockades in enclosure limiting-, on the other hand are all animal enclosures and greenery in a very clean condition. As a visitor, you get approximately 130 different species to see; many of the classic highlights of a Zoo visit (such as lions, Tigers, bears, pachyderm, giraffes and apes) but not be held in Aachen, Germany. This gives also the opportunity to focus his attention on other fascinating animals! The cheetahs, maned wolves, the penguins and the displayed species of new world monkeys are certainly among the most exciting tenants. Not only due to its low entry, the Aachen Zoo is very family friendly, but also by its nature educational offerings on the children's farm, the various pet enclosure/opportunities on the tour as well as the many playgrounds and devices throughout the Park. There are also two kiosks, which unfortunately have not opened in the winter months. Here, for me, still air is upwards, because at least a kiosk/snack should be also for visitors between November and March available! The signs of the enclosure is also expandable for me: everywhere well put together information where current and even crafted from animal park boards be used (unfortunately only in four enclosures with Dutch and French translation), available to visitors; on most of the enclosures and aviaries exist but only small standard panels, which are no longer really appealing or for attention! Overall one of the Aachen Zoo for me better tiergärtnerischen facilities. He is a beautiful and affordable destination for young and old...

  • Were in Aachen, a small zoo with the kids, but the people in it walks a lot. You can take a feed or buy it on the spot and feed the animals. Children are delighted. Several playgrounds, a coffee shop and a pond.

  • Not too big zoo, but still nice to visit with you children. They also have various nice play grounds. Entrance fee is very acceptable.
  • Nice zoo but not a big variety I'm exotic animals.
  • Netter Tierpark mit Streichelzoo, vielen einheimischen und auch einigen exotischen Tieren. 5€ Eintritt für Studenten bzw. 6€ für Erwachsene ist ein sehr fairer Preis.
  • Endless hours of fun with the kids
  • Class Park. Everything is well maintained. Everything is relatively new. The cages are very clean. The entire Park is very clean. The price-performance ratio is very good: for entry as well as for the food in the Park. The staff are very helpful and very courteous. At any time once again.
