  • Dry market-one of the places that you should visit. Practical application of hard to find products for folding, but return in the era of the Soviet Union guaranteed). On the market many original junk and the same fakes. You can find everything from toothpicks to 1950s ikeevskih glasses.

  • Well, so-so flea market! Can't say that experienced disappointment because nothing special and didn't expect to see. We have free time left on the last day, so it went. If you are limited on time in Tbilisi, you better spend your time on something more interesting.

  • I did not like this flea market! It may look exotic for some tourists but for us, who grew up during the Soviet era with all this junk… the goodies, the sellers, the vibes – all remind us the sad Sovi...  more »

  • This place will take you back to the 80's AND 90's... Very Artsy and classy. Your gonna see some of the oldest antics with great memories all across the road.... Some really talented people with great art and some identical fridge magnets for a personal collection. One must visit .... if your on a leisure trip... one of a kind flee market...
  • It's a real trash or treasure place , great for a wander and lots of interesting things to see and buy . Old Soviet stuff and Georgian household things and trinkets. Do be careful with prices and be entertained by the stall traders but don't believe every word. I love it here !
  • Good place to find trinkets from old Soviet era. Must see is the beautiful art gallery from local artists.
  • Great entertainment, takes you back to Soviet past. Nice people to talk to. Arts are below in the garden. Must see if you are in Tbilisi.
  • This is a large open air flea-market. Open nearly all days but not rainy times.Begins from dry-bidge to all park garden area. Some staff are original, came from Soviet Era, most of them from 80s-90s. However, half of things are replica; paintings, magnets, horns, Georgian souveniers, daggers etc. For example; most of the decorative horns are plastic. If the sellers find out you are a tourist, generally they, prices of your interested thing are may doubled. In here, be careful and do bargain.

Where to stay in Tbilisi

Strung out alongside the Mtkvari River, Tbilisi's historical core and bustling city center offers an array of accommodation options. Choose the fortress hill, the more northern residential districts, or a main street in the center of the action. Large international chain hotels offer luxury options, complete with fine dining, air conditioning, and more. However, you can also choose from more economical, mid-level options located around Rustaveli Avenue and Tbilisi's old town. For the lowest cost, consider one of the ubiquitous hostels.
