Perfect site, from seeing him from the village down kazbg, a challenging 4 x 4 with the men, the Church itself behind a nice story about a place that always remains protected from authorities and thus saved the Church treasures here ortodochsit, but more than anything, in my view, the view from the top, overlooking the village below, the clouds from the middle of the mountain, on top of more experience and kazbegi, don't miss

Simply gorgeous views of the 5000m high Kazbek of a monastery located about 2500 m high. Who does not want to go up on foot, one takes the SUV taxis, which is also quite adventurous. Recommended is a trip with own car because road consists only of potholes.

Took a fun off road drive up to the Gergeti Trinity Church. For me the view from up top was the truly amazing part of the journey, a fantastic view of the mountains towering over the town of Stepantsminda .

Even if you come here and dive into a cloud, if it worth the effort.

Great historical place, we went in May so the weather was not stable but a car lift up works and was a great view over the fog.

You really should hike up here if you're a healthy person. The whole spell will be broken otherwise. Before June you really need a wind proof jacket; may be not for the hike but you really need it when you get the top of the hill.
