  • Eat here for lunch twice and dinner. Every dish and every glass of wine was amazing. The chef and the entire staff are amazingly friendly. The restaurant itself is a work of art. The food and wine are all organic and locally produced. On top of everything else, the prices are unbelievable. Main dishes cost $8-15 and wines are $15-30/bottle! You can eat and drink until you cry uncle and it will cost less than $35/person. This was the highlight of Signagi.
  • It deserves a 5 stars as the wines are very good and food very tasty, but overpriced for Georgia. Also they charge the same prices for wines to consume on spot or take away, which is abnormal. We drank a bottle of Pheasant's Tears in Tbilisi that was cheaper than in the winery. Anyway, great place, great vibes, great people, great food, just over-priced.
  • This is a legendary place. It belongs to an excellent person who loves Georgia, its people and culture. Here in this place everything is done from the heart, from a kind and loving heart. I think that all guests always immediately feel it. It's very inconvenient to talk about prices when the conversation goes about Pheasant's Tears. This place deserves all the best. If you will be in Signagi (alt. Signaghi) be sure to visit Pesant's Tears Winery.
  • The wine is overrated and the food is not worth the prices they charge. The place is pretty and has a great atmosphere though. But it is not enough to distract you from the terrible tasting food.
  • This place is way overhyped. It is not a winery per se, only an outlet of a possible winery somewhere else. Tasting of 4 types of wine, each filled one tenth of a glass, costs 25 gel. The wines were ok, but you could easily buy 5 bottles of similar quality or better wine for 25 gel in stores. The service was also so-so. To taste wine, it is better to go outside town to real wineries.
