  • Place an amazing energy, many times stronger than the new Athos monastery and at the same time, very peaceful and quiet. The road from the station takes minutes 12-15 on beautiful, very scenic woods, as if in a fairy tale ended up, the trail is well equipped. At the entrance to the trail map-plan with the designation that is not to miss the lobnoye Mesto and Simon the zealot footprint on a stone. The Grotto is something like a small chapel, hewn in the rock-everything to the extent possible, ennobled, you can buy and put candles, lots of icons on the walls. If you go on the trail not up, but down-there will be another rock Grotto, it smaller in size, and there are too many icons, and feels like he is stronger than the one above.
