  • Cool idea for a one-day trip. Easy hike, pleasant, the pace of walking. For your convenience you can take a taxi from the Mestia that takes you under the bridge (the point where the trail starts), but that's for really lazy tourists. Views in the first part of may are not extraordinary, just the final step when you go on the space, and it appears the glacier-marveling. I was lucky that the weather was good, it was warm and sunny although it was October.

  • A very picturesque place, from mestia you can reach on foot, -2 1.5 hours by horse 30-40 min, by car in 15 minutes. Before the bridge, on foot, the path first sharply uphill, on easier, but on the way to move through the huge boulders, sometimes with me, the cold but river views and a sense of itself is worth it to the go for about 2-3 hours, depends on the tempo. The glacier itself tried to climb, but without proper footwear is very turned out, and the mass under foot very live. Be sure to advise you to visit this place, yes the white snow you won't see, but views around the fascinate.

  • The path of the glacier begins from the spectacular bridge, it can be reached by car as we actually did. We were on a sunny day. The road goes through the Woods along the mountain River sometimes even have to jump over the stones water that would get on, but it is not dangerous or even very interesting. A large part has to go up but if you walk leisurely great loads feel. Across the path cost identification marks on the rocks, red-and-white stripes. But without them there wouldn't get lost. Closer to the glacier lots of stones and through them you need to jump, cross, climbing. The glacier itself is nothing fancy of itself is not, although the photo looks cute, but the road itself is very beautiful and interesting! By the time we walked in there somewhere about an hour less. Recommend to everyone!
