  • Visited this attraction in conjunction with the guide who told us about the Church, the nearby ruins of (to the right of the Temple). Then let us explore a temple yourself. Church is indeed very old, is open to the public, causes only positive emotions. Near the temple is the market large enough and with a decent selection of food, souvenirs, local wine, charges the Abkhaz teas, nuts (hazelnuts in large batches for sale), so there is something to choose a souvenir of his visit to Abkhazia (the prices were lower than those that we have seen before that).

  • In October this year, we visited this shrine is near the market and surrounded by a cozy shaded garden. In the Church very much ancient icons were very memorable icon of Christ the Savior, God with a Crown of thorns on his head. If you stand in front of the image, it has closed eyes. And if the distance-it opens eyes. At the temple was a service. I asked Deacon called Church. He very friendly with a smile answered. Glory to God in the highest and on earth peace

  • The village Lyhny, known for its wine, amazed us the beauty of the ancient temple of the Dormition of the VIII century.
