  • Guyana zoo is a place made of simplicity that allows the curious of Guyanese fauna to meet their needs. We can easily go back during the year following the visit. • Great little zoo, with a nice variety of local fauna, including tapirs, toucans, caymans, capybara, ocelot, and many many more. The capuchin monkeys were particularly entertaining. Plan to spend around 90mn.
  • Very exotic. You can go all year and never see the same thing. The course in the forest is very pleasant. A very nice experience.

  • They have nothing to do here. A reserve rather but not a zoo like that! These animals do not deserve to be imprisoned so all their life to distract poor tourists.
