  • This castle is a ruin, like most castles in this area. But, it offers a really nice walkway on the walls with spectacular views all around. When we were there children could actually climb the walls.....  more »

  • Very nice castle they have activities for the kids at least in August when we went. You can reach the caste by hicking, walking on the road or by car you can park 5min walking to the entrance. I fully recommend to go. Also the little restaurant have nice dishes, Ice cream and coffee.
  • Not as good as I had hoped for. Castle and exhibit: relatively large, but mostly in ruin. The exhibits were not attractive enough, and very scarce. The garden area was closed too. The good thing is the view at the top. It was great. The history was also pretty good. Food & drink: the restaurant had a strict opening hours and didn't publicize them clearly. Parking: there are three car parking areas. With varying distances to the castle. Getting to the castle by car wasn't very convenient. The road was small and winding.
  • Fabulous view but after hours you have to walk up a steep incline for 10 mins to get there. There are lights and a CCTV to make sure you dont drive up when the fortress isn't officially open. Mean spirited. !
  • Fantastic view. The place was just closing, so we didn't see the inner part.
  • Absolutely a must to visit, a nice castle well rebuilt and maintain, with a wonderful view from top and the lands around. Inside the court there is also a stage and they made some representations in costumes for kids but also very pleasant for adults. There is a small museum with a collection of inventions from Leonardo da Vinci, and a nice walks on the top of the walls all around the castle.
