#3 of 40 in Museums in Isere
Specialty Museum Museum
Saunter the long walkways framing Parc du Chateau de Vizille, settle in for a slow rowboat ride across the lake, and then step into the onsite chateau to see the Museum of the Revolution, free of charge. The castle showcases stately rooms, and the view of the park from the second-floor balcony is a real treat. Note that some of the grislier material from the museum may not be appropriate for very young children. • Friends of nature, calm, biodiversity and the great outdoors, this park is for you! From the outside, this Park does not seem to pay mine, but once the door passed, you stay mouth bee! What a sight for the eyes! Different courses offer you more or less long walks, but you will find places where you installed anywhere and enjoy the nature that surrounds you! Family, friends, couples, with or without children, this place is worth the detour! and besides, it's free!

  • By a beautiful (and hot) summer morning, nothing like a nice walk in the Park of the castle of Vizille, where each bed of flowers is a wonder, where (mostly aquatic) Wildlife and majestic trees... There's even play areas for children, a waterfall, the possibility to make the pony... I loved this visit to the park with your friends, even if we have not explored, far from it!

  • History worth visiting... Great for families of 1 to 10... Would recommend visiting the museum inside the chateau
  • "Do you hear the people sing? Singing the songs of angry men?!" I know I sure do! Beautiful Château, amazing history, and great family fun!
  • Very beautiful place, there is a museum in the castle which is free entry as well as the entrance to the castle. The park is huge and there is a river with a lot of animals like fishes and birds
  • Very pleasant place, an immense garden with a natural part at the end. Lots of animals to see.
  • A beautiful place. Loved the garden, acres of grass, trees, sunshine, and a river to relax by. Perfect for an afternoon stroll. The art gallery is fab too.
