  • It's too bad that this private museum that has existed for 50 years is not known and recognized while he participates to the history and culture of our country in terms of gastronomy. Visit full of surprises in a very warm atmosphere. The great chocolate creations stored for several years (including the oldest of 1920) arouse admiration and astonishment. For the small fee of 6 euros, plus the smile and the very interesting comments from the hostess.

  • Me who loves cooking and baking I liked a lot the Museum of Auguste Escoffier. The tour is pretty fast CA. 1 h without hurrying. She is in the House of the grand Chief and mix the utensils, kitchen, menus and anecdotes with a temporary exhibition of dress on the theme of the kitchen and sculptures in chocolate, pastillage, and sugar. We're having a good time, the entry price is really reasonable (€5 for adults and discount for seniors, students and children) and especially you have the pleasure at the end of the visit to taste a delicious Sin Melba, which is a recipe invented by Escoffier
