  • It's been years that we frequent St. John. Personnel changes but the staff is always very friendly. The wines are quality (especially pink) and prices remain democratic. Enjoy without moderation.

  • Okay, I admit, I have not visited the area and cellars. However I did, as a family with young children, the beautiful ballad they offer in and around their area (3 km) and she's beautiful, between the waterfalls, the remains of the aqueduct, a varied architecture flora and landscapes breathtaking, the medieval chapel, etc. Frankly, it's not very long but really to do (and it's free). Very well signposted (red panels) of addition. However I went to (repeatedly ;-) buy their very good wine (pink, red or white). Special mention for the rose to 7.5 eur, which is really a good rosé, at very low prices. Good advice, very friendly and smiling, open all the time, and besides we don't push consumption which is significant. They also sell delicious honeys of Entrecasteau (taste of lavender, a marvel, count 6 eur/pot). Tapenades with mushrooms or truffle oil cream tomage, etc also available (± eur 4/pot), but frankly, it's not top at all.

  • We turned up here on the recommendation of Sylvain at Au Bien Etre just down the road. We met Loic who allowed us to sample some of his very nice red and rose wine, some of which we took home with us. It's absolutely delicious stuff, so if you happen to be in the area I strongly recommend you to buy some. We'll definitely be back next year.
