  • In his sublime an island song, Brel said: an island off the coast of love placed on the altar of the Satin sea lying on the Velvet replace this island by the wood of the Moutiers, and you're there! A setting of beauty, embalmed by magnolias and the smells of spices, serenely kept by a fascinating mansion Arts & Crafts in the State! Add to that the kindness of the owners and you will most likely also delighted that we have been on our visit. ENCHANTER!

  • Created in 1898, the Botanical Park in the woods of Moutiers brings together an impressive variety of species of trees growing on acidic soils. You can admire such trees or shrubs of Himalayan, Japanese or Canadian origin. The visit is organized by a signs tight chaining small fenced gardens, then small clearings, first downhill and finally uphill on a total surface of 12 hectares. The Park offers many remarkable points of view, including one on Church St. Valery beside which is the grave of Georges Braque. It is a haven of calm and nice beauty for the pure urban that we are. Allow two hours to visit. Our young dog was exceptionally accepted on a leash: it is not certain that dogs are allowed in general. Entry a bit expensive (11 euros per person), but the Park is worth it widely and don't benefit from any public funding. Also plan to come back once or twice, because the park looks very different depending on the season in which we visit. After having visited the 2018 Toussaint, we come back specially from Paris to visit in the spring of 2019.

  • Beautiful gardens
  • What a magnificent place, so intensely beautiful and in today's hectic world the perfect way to reconnect with nature. The welcome is delightful from the owners and staff. The house is incredible and fits beautifully into the surrounds. I will definitely be back soon!
  • Le Bois des Moutiers was simply the highlight of our stay in Normandy! The most stunning garden we've ever seen and everyone was extremely friendly and genuinely passionate about what they do! We honestly can't wait to visit again! -Joanna and Dylan
  • Wonderful place, absolutely unique. This very romantic place is a "must see" if you ever travel in the region of Dieppe. The owners are very kind and helpful.
