All classic cheeses of France, but also the less conventional, and even spread to other countries in Europe, and in particular of England is found in him. I have rediscovered the Soumaintrain, favorite cheese of my Burgundian grandfather. I also discovered the Smooth Blue, and my kids love the Dzuigas (a kind of Lithuanian parmesan). The cheeses are well refined, and in some cases (especially for the Soumaintrain), to be consumed quickly after purchase.
