Pointe du Grouin Sud, Vains
(5/5 based on 40+ reviews on the web)
The rocky finger of the Pointe du Grouin points out and protects the entrance into the bay of Mont Saint-Michel.On this headland, a Grande Randonnée footpath runs around hugging the cliff face and there is a circular walk starting out from Cancale. On their way the walker can enjoy views of the Île des Landes a long barren outcrop (now a bird sanctuary), the lighthouse, the Îles Chausey, Granville on the Normandy coast, and, on a clear day, the outline of Mont Saint-Michel.

  • May be quite a distance from the parking lot. Instead of bus to walk at least 30 minutes or squirrel. Walking, walking without a bus I went to Mont Saint-Michel, but we recommend that you want. Since there are many photo spot.

  • It's a place always also taking with the mouth of the EES, which empties into the Bay of Mont Saint Michel. Very nice Outlook on the mount and Tombelaine.

  • A day of high tide (more than 110) you can see in the far ke mountain surrounded by water, now, and a large part of its Bay, without that vision be embarrassed by unsightly buildings
