  • We already came 3 years ago. In this park, we find the way of life in the prehistoric times. Everything is well explained. Ease of course. Good home. The person who was present has given us other sites to see in the Perigoird.

  • Looking for a guided tour for our children and after consultation with several brochures, our choice fell on the Préhistoparc on the criterion of the ' open workshops at all during the holidays of Easter and all Saints ' rather than on other sites more interesting but offering a workshop during off-season. What was not our disappointment, once on site, to discover a dreary and sad Park that contrasts with the dynamism and modernity of the other sites in the region: the famous workshops that we had drawn are actually in charge and not take place Wednesday during the autumn holidays. A display at the entrance gives this information and that tickets are not refundable - which gives the impression that we are not the only ones to be disappointed... Other comments attest that others have made similar experiences and instead to clarify a deficient communication, otherwise false, the fleet manager invective customers.

  • The prehistoric Park is well done. Details, scenes, trails. The team that takes care of this park is working hard and sounds, it's beautiful. On my pictures, one off wonders if these aren't actors. It's worth the visit. The surplus to take the spear at the end is not necessary.

  • Pretty bad experience. Especially since we got sold tickets for an extra (children's) workshop which turned out to by 100% in French. Despite the guide having a badge with both a UK and French flag indicating she would also speak English. It didn't take long for my kids (7 and 8 y/o) to feel completely ignored by the guide who also physically turned away from them to solely address the French audience. It was rude to say the least - something that even the rest of the audience agreed with who insisted in French and in English (!) the guide switch to English at least occasionally to accommodate for all of us. We tried to get a refund - to no avail. 'We don't do refunds, we expect your kids to speak French." The site looks nice at first site - but there are much better parks or museums around for your money in the neighbourhood.

  • Nice tour, in the shade. This allows children to more easily imagine the lives of the men on this period. Price of the visit may be a bit high for a somewhat dated Park. Nice receptions.

  • Very friendly Park suitable for children (we were with 1 boy 3 years and 1 baby in stroller), both at the level of the duration of visit (1 h) content of the explanations. The workshops are has do, we learn many things and the manipulation of the propeller is very playful!
