It's a small museum. If you go fast, you can see everything in ten minutes. But that would be an error. The masterpieces exposed there are really impressive if you take time to watch carefully, read the explanations and think that all was hand-made. Wooden frames, stone works, and metal works are my favorites. The design ingenious designs and crafting skills needed to accomplish the works is just out of reach for the common imagination. Also you can discover the tradition of "compagnonnage" in France.
Bertrand DoubletBeautiful Museum to discover what is the companionship. Parts and masterpieces presented for many types of different trades, similar to what was used to seeing into a Museum, which is all the more attractive. A museum that makes us aware that we have not lost all our skills in France, and that Yes, it is still possible to build lavish buildings with elaborate decorations instead of making glass e.g. flat fronts. Finally, a museum that can uncover a vocation to young people who do not feel in the craft. The home they announce a duration of 1 h – 1 h 30 visit but if there is interest and reads the descriptions can easily spend 2 - 3 times longer.show original
