  • Located in the small village of Tournemire very pretty with its hostel and especially his little café run by a lady very friendly! Very beautiful and exciting tour with a guide who knows dive into history and allows you to have a great time!

  • Little castle of Auvergne no doubt interesting with such a beautiful room of the valiant and beautiful polychrome. But I advise to visit only if the guide is not an old man mouth and with a very basic humor (no possible free visit). We were 4 to do this tour where there were more than 70 people, which felt us was ridiculous. We have not hooked to the humor of this guide cramped in his remarks (St Catherine died in 309, but not Peugeot... Veni vidi defenestri, moved to English and German tourists present). I want something else a guide that represents a place, a story, a territory. It would be nice if owners are becoming aware of the counterproductive effect. We have endured it until the second room of the Castle (total 4 floor) but we went then. Damage but distressing!

  • The castle is beautiful from the outside. If I had known, we would not be entered. An entry at €8 for visit 4 pieces. And especially a rude guide. It brings too much historical and architectural information. A visitor asked him who was represented on a canvas, he replied that he did not know. He spends his time to tell stories without interest with chauvinistic comments ("a glass of Cahors, the English out"). What it tells is not interesting but more we don't know because it articulates not. End of the visit ends with: "don't forget the tip of the guide!"

  • Very good tour. My 6 year old son loved it (especially the old weapons and armor!). The guide is very nice. I take off a star because the price of the tour is a bit expensive, as well as the souvenir shop.

  • Sorry that didn't hit, it looks beautiful castle. Entrance not entirely intuitive, because it's private property, many private entrances

  • This is a beautiful castle, exceptional, a fortress of Haute Auvergne, superb that is really worth trying. I never get tired to admire it and visit it every summer with my friends. It is every time a wonder. Bravo and thank you to the entire family of D'anjony, have retained their Castle and maintain it so well, to take advantage of his visit.

  • Magnificent Castle. Guided tour with Jean, eexceptionnel, l hour and a half passes too quickly with him. This castle is worth a visit, not to be missed. Favorite in the Cantal.

  • Site splendid but home without enthusiasm of personnel who hesitate to organize the last visit of the day because we are two...No doubt to justify an effort... The only false note in a day where the hospitality of the inhabitants has been marked by remarkable a smile and friendliness... Too bad.
