Where to stay in Toulouse

Staying in the Saint Cyprien district on the west side of the Garonne River is a fabulous way to enjoy Toulouse. Consider a stay in one of the district’s historic hotels. Alternatively, you can take full advantage of the city’s nightlife with a stay in the Arnaud Bernard district, where bars and cafes line the streets.

  • Museum is down an alley and has a nice courtyard. Five euros and not worth it in my opinion. Some objects of historical interest and some Roman stuff but very limited.  more »

  • For such a small museum, it is packed with information! If you're going to spend any time in Toulouse and want to understand its history, this is an excellent way to learn it. For the English-speaking patrons, they provide a thoroughly translated guidebook, so there is no excuse for passing this museum by!
  • A nice Museum, in an exceptional building. One of the most beautiful mansion of Toulouse.

  • Anything by crossing the porch, we know that you are in a place unusual, timeless. Volunteers welcome you with a smile, and you can stroll among the various rooms for only € 4, to the discovery of the Toulousain heritage and the history of the city (paintings, ornaments, sculptures, time cards, anecdotes, etc...). Don't deprive yourself of a rich visit! Congratulations to the association that manages the place!
