  • This wonderful Museum, built at the end of the XVIII century, is housed in the former convent of the Augustinians of Toulouse. It contains many wonderful sculptures and beautiful paintings of epochs. Fine Gothic style to the religious style, a cloister in the middle of this Museum, with a nice peaceful outside and a very nice garden. Must-see Museum, in the heart of the city centre of Toulouse.

  • Provincial museums to say the State of the art France, etc. can't be underestimated. And that happened to be the night's opening day was, I spent a lot of time here. Is better do not know that I am a human being out of touch with the art and the excitement was.

  • This shouldn't be missed whilst visiting Toulouse. Well presented pieces, clean, quiet and friendly staff. Some really interesting collections, most info is written in french but for 2 euros you can get an audio device for English. Pictured us 'The Musée des Augustins' collection of Romanesque sculpture is composed mainly of remnants from the three most significant religious buildings in Toulouse: the Monastery of La Daurade, the Collegiate Church of Saint Sernin and SaintEtienne Cathedral.' aka a cool room.
  • We really liked the museum and the church. The convent is beautiful and the art collection is great, primarily French gothic and Renaissance, although you can find a lot of neoclassicism in the bigger rooms. Highly recommended.
  • An absolute must-see attraction in Toulouse. It was the highlight of our trip.
  • Absolutely worth visiting, such a retrait from the city, exceptionally beautiful in sunny days not to mention its collections!
  • a very nice place which is rich with historical thins such as paintings and status .... the price for the entrance is reasonable
