The oldest museum in Toulouse and one of the oldest in France. A must-see for tourists and locals. Nicely located and calm. Great collection of art from all over the Midi-Pyrenees area. Worth the detour.
Nice museum, pretty nice exhibitions and garden. Tip: in the first Sunday of every month the museums in toulouse are free, and not very crowded (at least during my visit...)
This is the classical art museum of Toulouse. Because the city did not have much wealth in the last 400 years you will not have as robust a collection as you might find in the like museum in Bordeaux. That being said, it's worth a visit and the architecture is worth the visit itself.
