  • Especially the cloister is worth especially. Interesting. Do not miss either the Hall of capitals.

  • Unlike the Museum Saint Raymond (MSR Museum of ancient, small museum but true Pearl) and private foundation Bemberg (Hotel of Assézat - one of the finest collections of Europe) the Augustins Museum collections, except the Romanesque sculptures room (beautiful sculptures of the novel past Toulouse but exposure to flee from the point of view of Museum and educational - mode also visitors do not stay (, they cross the room quickly as if they were nauseous) and Gothic sculptures room (with real masterpieces - including the Madonna and child that could be the symbol of the Gothic art in Toulouse but this work is certainly not highlighted), the museography of the Museum's very kitsch, tacky, worthy of a small provincial Museum from a small town brief , but certainly not that of the 4th largest city in France after Paris. The place is very interesting to visit the architectural point of view. So a good advice to tourists in Toulouse: If you're short on time, you have to prioritize your visits, so any hesitation, go to the Bemberg, Saint Raymond Museum Foundation and you won't regret nothing! The municipality of Toulouse seems really do very little for its museums...

  • In my opinion, only to see the exhibition of capitals already the visit worthwhile. Other things that I especially liked were the cloister and a small sculpture of late fifteenth century of the Virgin of grace which is exhibited in the Chapter House.

  • Yes! What a place! Don't expect a huge exhibition but what it lacks in volume, it makes up for in quality and a unique setting. A former monastery, now gallery, creates an awesome blend of history and the curators have done a great job of presenting some ancient exhibits in a contemporary way. Really loved this place and it's even worth bringing your lunch to enjoy the courtyard garden
  • Truly a wonderful museum of Toulouse. Museum entry free 12 Euro per adult and school or college concession available in the entry free. Some world class oil painting and collection of old historical items in one place. Must watch place in Toulouse. Highly Recommended.
  • Great place, great paintings. First Sunday of the month is free to visit, like most museums in toulouse.
  • Beautiful museum located in an old cloister which is worth walking around in by itself. When temperatures rise in summer, the Hall of Paintings is sometimes closed for visitors in the afternoon. Go early or call in advance. The Hall is worth it.
  • Very interesting selection of works, including Renoir and the grand painting of Mehmet II entering Constantinople in 1453.
