  • The building of Vitry is very beautiful and modern, the re-use of slaughterhouse in art space seems to me excellent and it should be noted the Museum that allows circulation rather ordered visits. Exposure of 40 of the Pompidou is worth a visit with work of Man Ray or Fontana!

  • I'm not fan of modern art, but the museum is well organise and situated. It was a good moment even if I didn't understand all of this kind of expression.  more »
  • Magnificent buildings that these slaughterhouses from cattle and delivered to contemporary artists. Impressive spaces! Exquisite kindness of personnel to the Fund/locker room/entry/sitting rooms. I was totally amazed and mesmerized by the works of the hobby-horses of the two Daniel in the basement (special mention for the film Resurrection) and I liked some of the works presented on the 1st floor (Vincent Betbèze, Julie Chaffort, Rémi Groussin and Lou-Andrea Lassalle). The North mezzanine, presents 4 videos including three I particularly liked. In short, a short visit for cause of fatigue but again before the end of this expo. It's worth two visits. Free for disabled people and carers. All levels are accessible by lift. Possibility to have a wheelchair or a cane-seat for free.

  • Simple local modern art museum, built in old slaughterhouses building. The place is lovely, it can be worth the visit depending on the temporary exhibition.
  • A nice destination if abstract contemporary art is your thing. Free entrance for art and architecture student
  • An ideal way of re using large industrial buildings in a city center
  • Centre Régional d'art moderne
  • Best meat in the entire city. Quite expensive but you'll forget it once the meat will simply melt in the mouth. Worth its price. I highly recommend to go for the 2nd service around 10pm.
