Housed in the Renaissance-style Hôtel d'Assézat, Fondation Bemberg is a private museum that exhibits a permanent collection of paintings, bronze statuary, and art objects brought together by author Georges Bemberg. The paintings represent works primarily from the Renaissance and the modern French school. You'll see more than 30 paintings by Pierre Bonnard, as well as porcelain from China, Venetian art of the 16th century, furniture, bronzes, antique books, and a variety of drawings.   • I could not visit this Museum, but step into the courtyard, you will see magnificent restored facades.

  • Truly recommend this gallery. It is relaitively small but has some amazing works within it - especially on the second floor 
  • The Foundation of a well-known artistic bequests Bamberg contains local patron, Bamberg that death has donated this beautiful Palace and the collections contained therein. Mertita certainly a visit.
