Stroll the banks of Canal de Brienne (Le), also known as the "Canal de Saint-Pierre." The canal connects the Garonne River with the Canal du Midi and the Canal de Garonne. You'll notice one lock at the Ecluse Saint-Pierre that opens to the Garonne, and another near the Canal du Midi, which usually remains open. The canal runs 1,560 m (0.97 mi), starting at Bazacle on the Garonne, and ending at the basin where it meets Canal du Midi.
