  • The market has changed, a little distorted by not really local stalls. But there is always a very southern energy that makes you want to go back. Too good to be quasi-oblige to park in the parking lot Peiresc (paid) to be able to market in good conditions. This place remains emblematic of France, and more particularly of provence markets. Each to recognize authentic. It's easier for me who knew this market "for real" and not as a tourist, because I went there when I was little.

  • Hello Toulon market is a market which starts from downtown and down to the port of Toulon. There are all the scents of the afternoon with thyme, garlic, parsley, tomatoes, Basil... etc.. .melangees to the smells of spices; You can buy all sorts of fruits and vegetables, flowers,.. .etc this market is located in the center of the path of the Lafayette class, and share and others, discover, all kinds of cafes, bakeries, clothing stores, shoes, wooden toys, linens... etc it's a lively place where every day there are fresh fish... and dealers of "cade" (portion of kind of flan made with chickpea flour (, so much appreciated by locals and visitors) at the same time, we can circulate in the heart of the city, nearby to see the famous opera of Toulon, where Gilbert Bécaud, among other things, liked to come here and sing his famous song: 'the Provence markets'... Let's not forget our vineyards and its famous Provence side represented by the good grape muscat, in season, and a good bottle of red and pink, take away as "souvenirs" to enjoy when you return home with family and friends... Enjoy your stay "in our Midi"...

  • It is the heart of the city, one that embodies the PROVENCE, with a wide choice of fresh and dry ingredients. Do not forget the Lendrin course where local producers are gathered and / or organic; with a special mention for Juliette bench featuring vegetables grown old-school"really taste, reminding me of my peasant grandmother. At the top of the LAFAYETTE class you will discover the basket of money where you find for example an excellent peak oil in can of 5 L for 32 euros.
