  • Tucked away up a tiny Street is the fosse dione. A historic and strangely wonderful water source. Not must see but if you are in town have a peek. It's fascinating....  more »
  • I can't help wondering where are the people allegedly still lost in the caves below! A little shabby but still a curiosity worth seeing, especially as it is very accessable with street parking nearby....  more »
  • A must to visit if in Tonnerre. The weather was awful when we visited but this is a must. An amazing natural water feature in the centre of town.  more »

  • Impressive!
  • Remarkable!
  • Having made a stop at the town of Thunder, it made sense to go to walk and discover this wash. Since indeed it s is a washhouse d a very distant time in working with these fireplaces to dry his clothes. The highlight of the show comes from the power of this laundry by a ditch with depth and the color is breathtaking. And by the way made a detour to the restaurant the Holy Father. There is a kitchen and a staff that reminds you that civilized words, joy of life, good food are still part of the dictionary

  • Impressive this place when we imagine the depth of the pit... it's a little mysterious when you know that everything could not be explored
