Historic Walking Area Tourist Spot
Une Maison à Saint-Paul de Vence is among the oldest medieval towns on the French Riviera, well known for its modern and contemporary art museums and galleries, such as Fondation Maeght. This spot inspired many French artists, including Marc Chagall and more recently Bernard-Henri Lévy and Arielle Dombasle. The town's olive oil mill was historically the source of much of its prosperity. Visit the Esperon Tower, the Dauphin and Royal Bastions, and the medieval town walls, all of which once protected the town.
