  • At Sorges, for the traditional feast of the truffle on Sunday, February 29, 2017, also visit the Ecomuseum (for insiders) and of the busy farmers market, there is not however a lot of fresh truffles offered for sale this year... All traded shortly after the opening. Rare and expensive, but to console us, we had the benefit of sharing the traditional local meal in music, which brought together more than 250 guests in the small Hall. Peasant soup, entry (individual omelette with truffles), main dish (stew of duck fillets and Sarlat apples), cheese (brie stuffed with mascarpone and truffle chips), dessert, coffee shoot (s) coffee, all led by a local folk group. We had a great time very friendly. For 2018 must apparently have to apply two months in advance. No wonder in front of such a success.

  • Good home; all about inventive truffle and food good professionalism of the owners who know that the identide and the gastronomic reputation of the Perigord is based on restoration professionals! The real not the imitators!
