Sainte-Foy emerged as a quiet alternative to the industrial buzz of Lyon and quickly became a community in its own right. It is a suburb of Lyon that’s elevation provides inspiring panoramas of the the city center from “Esplanade de Lichfield.” This community is known for its Beaujolais wine, so be sure to try a glass down one of the narrow streets, or in the small town square. Don't forget to visit the Roman aqueduct that many history pilgrims come to view in the neighborhood.
