  • A few kilometers from the highway A 6, the castle of Savigny - les-Beaune is worth a visit. The owner has set up a Museum of auto in principal, but also everything that rolls or flies. Out of about two hundred acronym ABARTH race cars, you can't count the bikes of all ages, agricultural machine, a or two cars of firefighters, and the three lawn had war in the State that they remained; The exhibition hall (first floor of the Castle) is tight, but very interesting for who loves the mechanics. More realized without any help by a winemaker, passionate racing, we can only congratulate Mr Michel PONT for this success. Exceedingly rare, Mr PONT saved from scrap an aero glider manufactured by Jean BERTIN, former student of the College Francois Pompon in SAULIEU whose studies and réalisations(,notamment un train magnétique qui, avec une vitesse de 400 Km-h intéresse beaucoup de) countries including the Japan.) For nothing to spoil the wines are excellent, and the Monthelie at particularly caught my attention Sidolocum Marseille

  • A museum extremely interesting if you like the bike and had a collection of military aircraft with very beautiful pieces, including in regard to the aircraft due to the engineers of the Marcel Dassault group and a beautiful series of planes from the former Soviet Union the motorcycles are very well equipped also with known models and other brands remained confidential productions of Carlo Abarth are also many short right for lovers of concern: many models are in their "juice" (it's good) but what will become of all these machines because it is clear that the means of preservation are reduced (aircraft with a basic shelter for those who are partially built wooden outdoor)

  • Whereas in Beaune, apart from visits to wine cellars, there isn't much to do, a visit to this castle is certainly recommended. The exhibition of airplanes is impressive and interesting, as the cars and memorabilia inside the Castle. It is also possible to taste and buy wine, in the same Hall where you buy the entrance tickets. Dogs allowed!

  • I was really blown away by the chateau. This had three reasons - mainly the last one: First, the wine they produce was really nice. Second, the chateau is simply beautiful. Third, the owner has a very interesting passion: he collects motorbikes, race cars and PLANES(!). The chateau is mainly a museum for these vehicles. It's super impressive. Just imagine to walk between 100 or so different planes and jets! It's unbelievable.
  • Awesome place, loved it. If you are in to classic motorbikes then this is the place for you ! we spent the whole day there looking at the cars, bikes, planes, jet engines and tractors etc... on top of all that you can taste and buy the wine. Entry for kids was free (5 year old) and adults 10 euro's each. would definitely go again.
  • We had seen this as a place to stop and happened to stumble across it driving through the village. We were on a strict timeline, so we didn't go into the chateau, but walked the grounds and found it quite lovely. The entry fee us a but pricey in our opinion, but if you are really into planes, this would be perfect for you.
  • Fantastic!!!!! One of the weirdest castle visit I made. You have classic cars, fighter jets, tractors, fire engines, classic bikes, wine tasting all that in a XIV century castle surrounded by a wineyard... You have to see it!
  • Place absolutely extraordinary and see on a trip to Burgundy! A huge castle that has many treasures for all. Whether it's a huge collection of fighter aircraft stored in Park, prototypes of agricultural equipment, models or motorcycle through cars Abarth, everyone will find fun. As for the castle itself, accessible in a very intimate way and without guide or ubiquitous surveillance, he is very pleasant.
