  • A great afternoon to learn the intricacies of the basque cake with a pastry-cook friendly and pedagogue. The site is beautiful (a little tortuous to reach by car not to worry small roads), and the Museum shop very pleasant and well stocked. Really to do.

  • Immersion in Basque traditions. A high presentation in color of the recipe for the local cake by a Baker in love of his country. It is filled with anecdotes. Tasting cakes and presentations of antique furniture and tools. A store homemade. The individual tart with € 2, 4/6 shares at € 13. A good idea late in the day for the greediest. Entry between 6 and €8.

  • The visit and the small shop was very friendly. The "Baker" to humor and fact that we had a very good time. Taken €8 / pers is can be a bit pricey however.
