  • The ruins of the Church are free as the monastery is still in business, better ask a tour, because this allows to see a part of the Interior which is royal. The shop opposite the reception is fine. A walk along the river is from the parking near the wall.

  • The site looks great. The guided tour is balanced and gives the opportunity to see the cloister and the Interior of closing (reserved for monks). We understand more the evolution of monastic life according to the history of France and apprehended the rule of St. Benedict who gave life to this Abbey. There is possibility to walk in the nearby forest. It must go through the store that is full of treasures (books, crafts, delicacies), but especially offers beer brewed by monks: enjoy!

  • The monks of St. Wandrille offer us a new product of the Abbey: a beer original and very pleasant in mouth: Bravo with other products (honey, wax...) there is something to have fun after the visit of the Abbey and interesting explanations. Great environment, beauty of the site at 25 km of Rouen, not to be missed
