  • It is a parish of great artistic interest which is a sacred area bounded by a wall enclosing a church, a cemetery, an ordeal and an ossuary. The Calvary is a sculpture that is outside the Church where the central element is the cross with the crucified Christ with others and various architectural elements. The ossuary is the place where the Bretons came to pray for their dead. Its centrality in the parish complex makes clear the closeness between the worlds of the living and the dead is typical of Breton culture. Not to be missed!

  • We have not had the chance to have a guided tour of the site... but the place is to be discovered. Hear a concert too.

  • It's the first parish enclosure that we visited during our small circuit in the mounts of Arrée. Impressive! Calvary beautifully carved, the ossuary and the very realistic burial, the Church itself... The Interior is very original, it is painted, the pulpit, the altar pieces, triptychs, the Baptistery. Beautiful statues. Definitely worth a visit!

  • One of the most beautiful breton parish enclosures. See Calvary with its scenes from the passion. Do not miss the crypt (Holy Sepulchre) and his characters carved in oak and painted. Saint Thegonnec would have transported the stones of the Church using a cart pulled by a Wolf, his having been devoured by a pack donkey! Good visit.

  • Very impressive religious building in detail of his sculptures. Very interesting to visit. The triumphal gate at the entrance of the enclosure is classified a historical Monument, like the ossuary and the calvary. Church of our Lady is also worth a visit.
