Garden Nature / Park
This private little garden, Jardin d'Alcinoos is amidst the Alpilles Regional Park. It was created by Philippe Michelot as a tribute to the Via Domitia, the first road built by the Romans, which joint Gaul to Spain by route of the Alps, Durance Valley, the Rhône at Beaucaire and Arles. When you take a walk through Jardin d'Alcinoos, you will see many gardens, which reflect culture of the route and historical and mythical references. There is much for you to see from olive tree and lavender fields to roses, signs and statues. • Ballad with the owner of the place which invites us on a trip in his wonderful garden, in the middle of art of his own and his symbolic references. We were so although we spent about two hours there to enjoy, to smell the scent of its countless roses, and we bask in this beautiful setting. Visit very strongly advised, to relax, in a paradise lost. More very nice: a drink at the end of the visit, to be enjoyed by the pool.
