  • We are very disappointed that stay with a wonderbox € 150. The setting is beautiful with a beautiful village. On the other hand, I do not understand, all the windows of the Castle are PVC while the windows of the houses in the village are made of wood. Look for the error! Instead of the expected guest room, the host said we do us a favor by moving in a cottage in a tower of the Castle. We find ourselves in a dirty place, or the heating had not been turned on and was again off in the day during our absence. The SDB Ditto testimony slatted wooden dirty track of limestone and toothpaste on the faucet, the shower did not work and the ceiling was covered with mold and spiders Web. Worse, these are towels that had to date of the Netto Queen! The evening meal and breakfast were all right at Netto. No pitcher of water on the table and have to pay € 3 for a bottle of water. No proposal for a visit to the Castle except for a cost of € 7 per person and more and to join a group. No information on the surrounding area. No greeting.

  • What a disappointment! I had accumulated 2 wonderbox (castles & delights and 3 gourmet days in lovers) to spend 3 nights with 2 dinners into what I thought was an idyllic... Unfortunately, we went bad surprises in surprises. By steps, here are my comments: 1) Home: very summary and little warm contact with our host. Come discover the region, we have received no information from him (not even a few pamphlets on attractions.) This is a very bad Ambassador of his region. (2) quality of the room: what initially could be charming proves ultimately a nightmare. Indeed, it's good to stay in a Dungeon, but it is nowhere makes mention that access to the room is difficult or impossible for people with mobility problems. It is necessary to borrow two rounds of very steep stairs and rickety ramps... When you know that the toilets are on the ground floor, it is not recommended to have an urge in the middle of the night, more so that the lighting is more than summary! (3) bathroom: an old bath too high to step over to a person of small size or lacking flexibility. As a bath mat, old slatted wooden... Defective valves (hard to take a shower without drizzle half the room) Finally, on the side of hygiene, huge spots of mold on the walls. In fact, overall housing, cobwebs and opaque glass compete for Star! I do not think that staying in a castle involves dirt to make more authentic! (4) meals: but who is trying to fool? For 3 dinners (because we had the option of 3rd paying € 25 anyway) we have had the same entry consisting of a salad of carrots grated, cucumber and tomatoes. Then, 2 nights now, puffs with chorizo and the 3rd night, a tasteless forest pie (just of Macedonia on puff pastry). As a cheese tray, individual portions with the label of Netto! The dessert? Blah, Apple and banana the first 2 nights and a stale (no doubt from Netto) chocolate cake. Not even a jug of water on the table: you have to pay extra €3 for a bottle of water and €10 for a bottle of wine. In short, even in the cafeteria, I eat better! A note: the silverware and porcelain do not a successful meal! So much more than our host, barely led us to the dining room, took to their heels for the rest of the evening. Is - this fearing to return his dishes? I also stated that the photo of the dining room which is on your catalog is certainly not one in which we ate! After these meals promptly shipped, the evenings were long... What of the ancient post of television with his stack of unknown films VHS tapes? (5) breakfast: here again, a big scam: teabags Netto, Hotcakes frozen or pre-cooked, butter pads Netto, of tasteless Jam (probably from Netto) and basket of fruits of the night before. We have a large experience in the rooms and tables of hosts and we have always been pampered and received with extreme kindness. The hosts, usually, put a point of honour to us to discover all the treasures tourism and culinary region. This gentleman has nothing understood the concept of guest house and doesn't deserve any at the Wonderbox catalog. A fire emergency from your proposals because I think he conned enough people like that! In summary, this stay was a fiasco and ruined even half of our vacation... and I ask myself the following question: how could he be selected by Wonderbox services? Anyone tried it before?

  • Moreover, we were happy to discover this site thanks to a gift from our son (Wonderbox for name!). An accidental death of my niece has prevented us from this project. Warned 4 days before, the owner of the premises (not friendly: why is he doing this "job"?) has shown no understanding of our request for postponement of occupation sites or reference check Wonderbox. In short, we felt ripped off: the owner about him, touched his money without delivery in Exchange... We will not try to return, too bad!
